WHO NEEDS TO TAKE THE GMAT?
Mostly business school applicants need to take the GMAT; the GRE is also accepted at business schools, but the GMAT remains the gold standard. In addition, many master’s programs in business-related fields with either require the GMAT or accept either the GMAT or the GRE.
DOES MY GMAT SCORE MATTER?
YES! GMAT scores are a primary factor in business school admission decisions, and are often a determining factor in scholarship opportunities.
HOW LONG IS MY GMAT SCORE VALID?
Your GMAT score is good for 5 years. Put the hard work in now, and keep your options open as you navigate the next 5 years.
WHEN SHOULD I START STUDYING FOR THE GMAT?
The ideal time to start studying is 12 weeks before your target test date. This time frame allows you not only to relearn math concepts and grammar rules, but also to practice and perfect GMAT-specific strategies and time management.
